Who I Am
My name is Dariusz Kurowski, and for over 25 years I’ve been leading and developing business in international environments. I’ve worked as a manager and strategic advisor in organizations ranging from €20 million to €2 billion in revenue. I gained experience in Poland and abroad, leading projects across Europe and North America – both at the country level and in global roles.

I combine operational, strategic, and human perspectives. I know that even the best strategy won’t work without people who genuinely want to implement it — which is why my work focuses on connecting business results, accountability, and meaning. I work with leaders who want to scale their organizations — but not at the cost of energy, engagement, or team culture.

Today, I work on my own terms – as a business consultant, executive coach and transformation partner. I help CEOs, founders and senior leaders translate vision into execution – without chaos, firefighting or decision overload.

I’m a certified trainer of the Best Year Yet® system from InteraWorks – a methodology I used for years as a leader myself and today I apply it in my work with clients, helping them connect a clear strategy with real action, step by step.

For me, sport and leadership share the same principles: a clear goal, disciplined habits and the right pace. I believe effectiveness is not about pressure, but rhythm – effort, reflection, recovery and the next step.

Because of the nature of my work, most of my clients require confidentiality. Therefore, all of the cases presented are real, but they do not include names of individuals or organizations. Reference contacts are available upon request.
I step in on an intervention basis: we quickly establish priorities, communication rules, and key decisions. Once the situation is under control, we transition to a steadier working rhythm.
In Polish and English, onsite and online. Materials are provided in the chosen language.
We work in an environment agreed with the client, with full access and control on their side, under an NDA.
